Since 1986, we have been delivering core technology leading solutions in the areas of IT & Real Time Automation, machine vision, digital transformation and resourcing to global customers in high-end R&D & Manufacturing sites. We have achieved many milestones over the last 30 years.
Before CXV Global, we began life over 30 years ago as three separate brands: Crest Solutions, Xyntek and VistaLink. We started very small but with big ambition. Over the next 30 years, through strategic partnerships we, opened multiple offices and grew an extensive customer portfolio.
We made the journey by developing solutions for clients that comprise of manufacturing automation, R&D automation, machine vision & robotics, serialization, digitization of R&D and manufacturing and professional and managed services.
Putting our customers at the center of what we do, investing, and innovating has been key to our success. As we grew it became a natural step to evolve into CXV Global. Now we are a global player at the forefront of numerous high end R&D and manufacturing sites. We work with over 100 blue chip clients across 10 time zones worldwide.
The journey that has led us here has only been possible thanks to our valued customers and partners as well as our 300 dedicated colleagues around the world. We are excited to continue this journey with all of our stakeholders to serve and shape the future of our customers around the globe.
Xyntek was founded in 1986 in the US by a group of real-time automation & system solution engineers, to deliver validated solutions that automate complex tasks in drug discovery and manufacturing.
VistaLink was founded in 1988 in Belgium for automation and industrial image processing using vision technology.
Xyntek wins first J&J project
Crest Solutions formed in 1998 in Ireland by Frank Madden to design and integrate inspection and verification solutions built on machine vision technology.
Crest Solutions becomes COGNEX partner and installs first vision systems.
Crest Solutions wins first Pharmaceutical customer. Xyntek completes first ever electronic submission of clinical data to FDA and completes first-ever MES system for pharma industry.
Line Director, A centralized software control system that guarantees product and packaging quality installations surpass 100 lines. Print Inspector and Pharma Marker are developed.
In 2012 VistaLink and Crest Solutions joined forces. Combining commercial, R&D and engineering power to offer vision, inspection, verification and automation solutions to regulated manufacturing and packaging sites across North Western Europe. Crest Solutions announced new role as exclusive partner integrator for Antares Vision in Ireland and the UK. Antares Vision and Xyntek, Inc. announced exclusive partnership.
Crest Solutions expansion in the UK with opening of an office in Corby.
Expansion into Scandinavia with VistaLink. New office opening in Mölndal.
A top 20 multi-national pharmaceutical research and manufacturer utilizes the Xyntek-Antares solution and services to implement an expedited serialization packaging solution in order to meet product serialization requirements for the Chinese market.
Crest Solutions team grows past 100 employees. New state-of-the-art offices opened in Cork.
LineDirector Version 3 is released. 50 lines serialized in 20 pharmaceutical companies.
Xyntek opens centre of excellence in Newtown, PA.
Xyntek Introduces New Off-Line Label Serialization Solution to address complete end-to-end track & trace solutions and upcoming requirements for serialization and aggregation.
Due to the explosive growth VistaLink start the construction of brand new offices in Belgium equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
Xyntek celebrates 30 years in business and opens Midwest office to meet the growing demands of customer engagements regionally. Xyntek and Antares renew strategic partnership.
VistaLink and Crest Solutions roll out new rebranding and move to a logo that represents a “digital eye”.
VistaLink inaugurated their new offices with the support of valued partners Antares Vision, Crest Solutions, Cognex and Coherix. More than 450 customers, partners, suppliers and friends attended. The building was officially "opened" by the governor of the province of Antwerp Mrs Cathy Berx.
To strengthen their positions in the market VistaLink enters into partnerships with Coherix and Aucxis.
Crest Solutions announces 80 new jobs by securing contracts with global Life Sciences manufacturers. Heather Humphreys TD, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation officially opened Crest Solutions’ Customer Innovation Center at the company headquarters in Little Island, Cork, Ireland.
Xyntek Expands Midwest Office to serve the growth of its local staff and to improve the speed at which it can support customers in the region.
In January 2020, CXV global is born and Crest Solutions and VistaLink join forces with Xyntek to provide core technology solutions to world class manufacturers in compliant industries such as life sciences, automotive, food and beverage and more on a multi-site, multi-national, multi-lingual scale. Line Clearance Assistant is launched.
