I would like to inform you on the fantastic job…the Xyntek After Hours Support has been doing for our company lately. [Their] hard work and dedication has really helped us out during a difficult time in our company. We are having issues receiving serial numbers from RFXcel. With [their] hard work ethic and [their] never give up determination, we were able to receive serial numbers yesterday and keep our packaging line up and running. I just wanted to make sure you know how much [they are] valued and appreciated here.

Their embedded engineers and customer service levels excelled our expectations.

It has been a pleasure to observe the professional confidence and ability to guide both project and business teams through complex initiatives. The team was critical to the successful release of the revised system components and has continued to take the lead on numerous efforts. Crest Solutions came into our organization and identified several opportunities for improvements on our line. They explained to our team several issues around human error and how to avoid them. We got an immediate return on our investment through the implementation of their recommendations. Highly recommend this innovative approach.

We have turned over final compiled build to HMI for testing that include both copy and fixes for all known bugs that we have seen in developer level testing. We have not turned over any source code and will wait for word on when to do this. Kudos to the Xyntek team for their hard work in hitting a deadline on a moving target while running as fast as they could in several directions. We're moving on with our own release.

You guys (Xyntek team) are awesome and I appreciate the thoroughness of all of your guys work. I haven’t seen many other companies be as thorough and persistent as Xyntek. This is a trait I’d expect to see from most vendors but actually see it from only a few. Again – I appreciate it!

As the customer and direct technical support to Label & Packaging, I could not have asked for a better response to our most recent Antares vision system issue.
From the time the issue was encountered to when it was successfully resolved was approximately one business day.

This turnaround time was significantly less, resulting [in] significantly less production downtime, than I had anticipated/feared given the issue was discovered halfway through the day on a Friday and resolved on the following Monday in time for our production operators to resume and complete the packaging job that was in-process, and unfortunately stalled, when the issue was discovered.

I can only describe this support as the ‘gold standard’ for such an activity, very much appreciated.

We were having serious issues on our line. Connect Academy from Crest Solutions came in and identified some human error issues for us. They helped our teams understand the systemic and behavioral causes of error within the business. They advised on a system which works for us and has resulted in greatly reducing our errors and costs.

The success of the project is attributable to many factors, not the least of which are your team's technical expertise, professionalism, and work ethic. The fact that the system meets all of the design specifications (without detailed prototyping and extensive front-end design work) demonstrates that your team obviously has the technical expertise and project management capabilities to successfully execute. Additionally, we sincerely appreciate your team's professionalism and dedication to the success of the project. Demonstration of this has been evident throughout the project, especially during the installation and commissioning phase. You exceeded our high expectations in this area.

The installation of our new Vision system started this morning and we were executing OQ/PQ validation by this afternoon. Such successful execution within this aggressive time frame would not have been possible without extensive planning completed offline by Crest Solutions. This gave us confidence that we would have no issues during installation which was very much the case.

Our company implemented a 100% inspection system in collaboration with VistaLink to detect and prevent defects at customer level and to meet their quality standards. The system was able to check parts quality with more than 15 quality criteria on a total production of 275 Million units per year. Despite the complexity of the project itself, the system was successfully implemented in more than 20 manufacturing lines and the quality delivered to our customers increased enormously. It helped us to prevent defects and to improve our process.
