Antares Vision VRI is a fully automatic stand-alone vial inspection machine. Inspecting up to 24,000 containers per hour with rapid change of formats from 1ml to 1000ml. Particle inspection down to 20mµ, fill level, primary packaging checks, vacuum leak detection and headspace gas analysis for liquid, lyophilised or powder filled vials.
Antares Vision TCI is a fully automatic stand-alone machine designed to inspect a wide range of pharmaceutical products with resolution up to 50 μm. Machine throughput is to 300,000 products/hour. Defects identified on tablets and capsules include damaged edges, colour deviation, dots, dirt, uneven surfaces, cracks, dents, chips, holes, drill, joints, coating defects, low imprint or embossed quality.
