He started his career at Beckman Coulter and was there for 18 years in various roles in R&D, Engineering, S.M.E., Operations, Quality and Production Management. In more recent years, Brian has worked in Project Management and Operations roles in BBraun Medical, Edwards Life Sciences and J&J while implementing Lean Principles.
