We are very proud to announce that Crest Solutions received the award for ‘Next Generation Enterprise Excellence’ at the Lean Business Ireland Awards.
The Lean Business Ireland Awards were founded to recognise and celebrate operational excellence best practices in Ireland. LBI awards companies that can demonstrate the effective implementation of Lean thinking and practices in their journey towards operational and enterprise excellence. The ‘Next Generation Enterprise Excellence’ award recognises the investment that CXV Global have made in creating a next generation business.
At Crest Solutions, we introduced lean thinking and practices to our organisation to ensure that process and procedures enable our people to work efficiently and effectively, to ensure that we support the growing complexity of our customers and that we continue to meet increasing external regulatory requirement. We created this lean culture through employee engagement and training, companywide process improvements and investment in IT architecture in order to facilitate these new ways of working.
Over these two years, our Change Transformation Manager Alvin Deasy and her team have been working hard with each department throughout the organisation to implement lean practices across the business. The improvements and developments that have been made by the Change Transformation Team and each individual within the organisation, have been significant in bringing the business to the point it is at today.
It is an honour to have received the ‘Next Generation Enterprise Excellence’ Award which recognises our organisation as a next generation business.
