Our client needed to streamline the staffing structures of the packaging line facility in order to create consistency in output levels to meet KPI goals.
Our client required a resourcing solution that would be secure but flexible, to allow the facility to scale up and scale down with the demand of the market. They also required the quality assurance, distribution and supply chain areas to be managed in order to support operations. Using our Functional Service Provision (FSP) model and resourcing expertise, CXV Global rose to the complex challenge to restructure contracted staff within the client packaging line facility, in a way that would create stability for both the client and the contractors.
