As Founder and CEO of both Crest Solutions and CXV Global, Frank drives key decision making on CXV Global’s policies and strategy and is a driver of change within the company, motivating employees and advising the Board of Directors. Frank's hands-on approach to leadership is complemented by a robust understanding of successful project delivery. He also has an intimate knowledge of our business and a solid track record of providing a high level of service to all our clients.
Prior to founding Crest Solutions in 1998, Frank played an integral role in the team responsible for manufacturing at Apple Inc, based in Cork. He also spent time in Concurrent Ltd. and Alps Electric. Frank is a graduate of both the Cork and Sligo Institutes of Technology where he studied Electronic Engineering. He is also a recent graduate of University College Cork where he studied a Post-Graduate in Innovation and Design Thinking.
Franks work has been recognised by numerous awards and industry peers. In 2020 Crest Solutions won the prestigious Cork Chamber Large Company of the Year award. In 2015, he was a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. He continues to support and advise HPSU's and is a long-standing member of various professional organisations including International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).
Mac Hashemian, P.E
Founder and CEO, Xyntek and CXV Global
Mac Hashemian, P.E. is the founder and CEO of Xyntek Incorporated, and Co-CEO of CXV Global. Upon graduation from college Mac pursued his career at various fortune 100 firms, and also won design contracts from NASA, & Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWC), for wind tunnel controls, and designed the controls and automation for the largest Navigational Locks in the world, the Saint Lawrence Seaway Navigational Locks, in Massena, N.Y.
Mac continued his education by obtaining his Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Mac also received his Professional Engineering License with focus in Control Systems.
Mac opened up Xyntek’s second office in Pennsylvania, in order to provide turn-key design automation services & solutions to the Life-Sciences Industry, (i.e. Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech, & Medical Device). Since then the corporation has delivered over 9500 contracts, won over 1000 awards, patents, and copyrights for designing some of the very first innovative embedded microprocessor based real time automated systems & compliant solutions for high speed Drug Discovery, High Throughout Drug Screening, Laboratory Automation, Drug Evaluation, Drug Development, Non-Clinical trials, Clinical Trials, Bulk Batch & Continuous Bio-Reactor Based Manufacturing, & High Speed Packaging Automation. Mac has helped lead the company in building lifetime partnerships with major Pharmaceutical & Bio-tech corporations, as a key high-tech detailed design and build Real Time IT & Controls Automation company, and lifetime partnerships with key core technology providers. As CEO of Xyntek, Inc. & Co-CEO of CXV Global, Mac is helping to secure the growth of the group on a global basis, & secure M&A’s, & Product Development. Mac’s business operations fundamentals continue to serve as the blueprint for continued growth and expansion of the global group.

Mark’s professional career spans over 25 years. During that time he has held a variety of management and leadership positions across a number of companies, both multi national and SME’s. Mark’s focus is ensuring that the strategy of the company is executed and to ensure that the company grows and scales in a manner that best meets our customers needs. Mark has a passion for ensuring that data driven approaches are central to managing the growth of our Company and in value creation for our customers.
Mark is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and also holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Data Business from University College Cork. Mark is also PMP certified.

Stéphane started with machine vision back in 1988, the pioneer days of this technology. Being able to use this experience he founded VistaLink to build a strong team that today is recognised as an expert machine vision system integrator.
